I recently returned to Arizona after spending several weeks on the East Coast. I had a great time.Visited with my sisters, parents and my daughter in Boston. This post will be about my trip with little about my knitting. While on my trip I worked on 2 shawls. I needed small projects that I could travel with on plane, train, and bus so I don't have much to show. On a sad note I found out one of my favorite yarn stores
Purl Diva in Brunswick Maine is closing. It was a great yarn store with the nicest staff. Fortunately there are plenty of other yarn stores in Maine.
I went to the Common Ground Fair in Unity Maine. This fair is unique to
Maine- It is a celebration of the rural life and all products must be
made in Maine. Food is all local and must be organic. It is quite a
sight and a lot of fun. There are all kinds of farming classes.
